• Quarterly Metrics Entry Form: A comprehensive list of metrics to be entered at the end of each quarter. This form should be completed by all ESIP 2 and 3s and are due 15 days after the quarter ends.

  • Q1 January-March : April 15th
  • Q2 April-June : July 15th
  • Q3 July-September : October 15th
  • Q4 October-December : Jan 15th
• Quarterly Metrics Viewer: Allows the user to get access to previous Quarterly Metrics data entered.
• Quarterly Metrics Reporting Status: A table that shows all ESIP's reporting status
• Monthly GPRA Metrics: A short list of metrics required for the GPRA. This needs to be completed monthly (hence the name). Only three of the monthly metrics overlap with the quarterly metrics. These three monthly metrics will be summed and placed in the Quarterly Metrics Entry Form at the end of each quarter. All ESIP 2 and 3s must complete the Monthly GPRA by the 15th of the following month.
• Monthly GPRA Metrics Viewer: Allows the user to get access to previous Monthly GPRA data entered.
• Monthly GPRA Metrics Reporting Status: A table that shows all ESIP's reporting status
• Nugget Entry Form: Nuggets can be entered at any time. These are descriptions of ESIP success stories and achievements. If your ESIP met an important goal, made available data or services to a new user group, participated in a conference, etc. then please write about it!
• Nugget Viewer: Allows a user to get access to submitted nuggets. Users can query the nugget database by ESIP, data entered, and nugget topic.
  
• User Satisfaction Survey: A user satisfaction survey available for all ESIPs to customize and distribute to their customers.
